Dear The Quebec Youth protection System

  THE CANADIAN JUDICIAL SYSTEM THAT A SELECTED FEW CALL JUSTICE WHEN I SAY THE CRIMINAL, I AM REFERRING TO MYSELF. WHEN I SAY THEM/THEY, I AM  REFERRING TO THE JUDICIAL SYSTEMS. WHEN I SAY YOU, I AM REFERRING TO THE TAXPAYERS OF CANADA. MY ADULT CRIMINAL RECORD STARTED WHEN I WAS 19 YEARS OLD. I HAD FINALLY REACHED THE BIG TIME!  I STARTED OUT WITH SMALL CHARGES LIKE POSSESSION OF SMALL QUANTITIES OF DOPE, MOSTLY POT. I'D USUALLY GET RELEASED WITH A 2 YEAR PROBATION ORDER THAT WOULD CONSIST OF CONDITIONS LIKE I HAD TO KEEP THE PEACE AND TO BE ON GOOD BEHAVIOR, WHICH WAS IMPOSSIBLE FOR ME.  I'D GET CAUGHT AGAIN WITH SOME OTHER SMALL CRIME, MAYBE STEALING IN A STORE, GET ANOTHER BREACH OF PROBATION BECAUSE I FAILED TO BE OF GOOD BEHAVIOR. THIS SHIT CONTINUED FROM 19 YEARS OLD UNTIL I WAS ABOUT 31 YEARS OLD. THEN FROM 32 YEARS OLD TIL 46, WELL I PUT MY BIG GIRL PANTIES ON AND I STARTED TO DO BIGGER CRIMES SUCH AS FRAUD, STEALING BIGGER AMOUNTS FROM THE STORES, AND ALWAY...

  I … We're walking along a beautiful Verdun, Quebec sidewalk.  I'm with my best friend, my sister Shayna.  It's Sunday so we get up early, get dressed and start our day. We love Sundays cause we got cookies and goodies at the churches. During the week we'd just go to Steinberg's downstairs and steal food. But, not on Sundays!! We make our way down the long Verdun sidewalks Stopping at every church we pass.  And let me tell you, we knew our way around the streets.  We own them. We knew where all the churches around verdun were. And when we wandered a bit too far we knew it! It's me and Shay against the world.  I am happy.  I was born happy.  I love my sister so much.
